PHASE TWO
once your venue is secured, work with the account executives on style of service, menu options, bar packages and any other details unique to your event. this will be the time to talk about your specific tastes and style. from here your account executive can put together a formal proposal in which you can then set up a tasting or sign your contract to secure your date with tco!
PHASE THREE
when booking the catering outfit, we will work with the best of the area’s rental companies for tables, chairs, tableware, and other décor you may need for your event. we will work with your planner or point person to finalize the timeline, layout, and logistics needed to execute the day. your event coordinator will also schedule a walk-through prior to the event to review the final details on-site.
PHASE FOUR
19 days prior to your event, confirm the final guest count and from there, your event coordinator will adjust your final banquet event order and rentals. one week out, details will be finalized and the catering outfit will start the final preparations to execute your event so you can sit back and enjoy your day!
